I live in Eau Claire, WI, and have been with ADMC since 2018. As a Vendor Program Specialist, I make sure all vendor bill backs are done in an efficient and timely manner. I also issue credit memos per vendor request. I am responsible for maintaining good relationships with both our customers and vendors and assisting in any way to resolve issues pertaining to bill backs. I also handle crediting back customers for coupons that are sent in as well as credits submitted through the Astro Program.
